i m zahid i visit u r outlet but i m sorry to that your store only on rich man not a middle class people when i come u r outlete in main gate Gate guard ask u have metro card( think people when i go entrance then i made card but this stupid practice heart people) a person announce this Metro Cash & Carry only for business men not salary person man this is a stupid joke for karachi people i suggest metro management plz change this othervise not success u r store in karachi Inshallah

I feel very awkward when i reached METRO, i was with my family to shop with open arms & with healthy wallet. But i was stopped by the staff of metro instead i showed them my METRO card, they d’nt allow my child for whom i came to shop.I saw restlessness & excitement in the eyes of my baby but all went in vain when i told her that she can’t go throw these bars because she is under age, i feel very sorry , At least metro should arrange or prepare some play place for children, we are frustrated why we make our children in the same era if one incident , mishaps occurs, then this is parents duty to look after their children, METRO is not responsible, No where in this world is restricting kids Or children to go to SUPER MARKETS.Well, finally we ourselves make our future in vain by showing our kids that they are not able OR liable to come to go in such those places where other can go i m very much sure that this comment will never furnish nor will prominent but i have put my anger out from leaving my comments on board i will never forget the day i was refused to go with my loving wife & my loving daughter.Ultimately i went to MAKRO to kill the frustration and anger.It was very nice moment when we left home for METRO but find my self a sinner.

This is to apprise you that I purchased a MERLIN CLASSIC from your store on 24/05/2009, when I used the Merlin Classic, it was not working in a perfact condition, there is a leakage in Merline Classic, then I went at your store and had a talked with the Manger, he gave the 2 mobile #:. I tried to contact with, after that they gave me a telephone #, which was for Faisalabad, I phoned to them they told me please send your blade at our office, 130, Kohinoor City Jaranwwala Road, Faisalabad, Pakistan.

Could you please let me know that who will bear this expenses?

1. METRO is a wholesale center.
2. METRO is professional for professional which means its core demand customers are Hotels, Restaurants, caterers, Cafe, small and medium type retailors, non food traders, convenience stores and other kiryana stores. However they also serve componies and services and then a little part of consumers.

& In case you guys have to repair anything then always see the warranty card first in which specific company’s related information would be given and then you can directly claim your warranty to them. In case company refuse , go to METRO outlet and discuss. Offcourse if it is under METRO warranty, they will bear the cost

I surprised when I entered in MCC, Gulshan. Non cooperative, staff dealing like lazy govt staff. I wnt to bought a mobile phone 4 my daughter, her requirements r (v 2ld to sm):
FM Radio & Tourch Light in low price.
Stupid lazy salesman give us SAMSUNG GRU B-100.
When I open the pack the set is without FM RADIO.
VRY BAD SERVICES. I NEVER ADVISE TO OTHER 4 SHOPPING IN MCC.
