Some people think that if its cloudy outside, then they feel dull and dumb. But that’s not what the research has proven. A new research has been conducted in Australia to find out how people behave, intelligently or dumb, when it’s cloudy outside?

The study was conducted by a team of professors at University of New South Wales School of Psychology. The study continued for two months in which different tests were conducted. According to the Professor Joe Forges, who lead the research, a little bit of sadness is good for brain to act efficiently. People tend to perform in a much better way in the tests conducted when it’s gloomy and cloudy outside as compared to the days when it’s bright and sunny outside. The reason found is that, when in a happy mood, because of bright and sunny season, people tend to loose their focus on their surroundings, and don’t think intelligently.

When in mild negative mood, because of the gloominess of the season, people tend to increase their attention to their surroundings and think and judge very carefully. So if it’s gloomy outside, don’t worry, the real genius inside you is awaken.
