Once again, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), the pioneer of telecommunication in Pakistan has come up with lowest on-net call rates effective from March 1, 2009. This new tariff  is names as ‘One On-Net Rate’ and needs not to be activated. That means, it will be automatically set as default from March, 1 2009.

This new rates allow PTCL subscribers to call at any PTCL number (lindline & Vfone)  nationwide for just Rs. 2/3 min. That means around 66 paisas per minute. The impact on local calls will remain unchanged as the old tarriff for local calls was the same. This tariff is designed specially for subscribers who want to talk long-hours on nationwide on-net calls.
