Ufone Sucks Big Time – Poor Service Quality and Pathetic Customer Service
Being a loyal customer, I hate to write this but they made me do so. For the past few weeks, Ufone service quality has been pathetic disappointing. I am sure most of you (Ufone users) must be facing the issues I am. Sometimes I just get disconnected from the rest of the world. Can not send messages, can not dial or receive calls.

Ufone New SMS Bundle Offer – Weekly SMS Bundle Package Introduced!
SMS Bundle offers led to NO DELIVERY CONFIRMATION messages anymore and load on network but Telecom companies keep on presenting such offers. Now Ufone offers new SMS bundle offers. As for as the Daily SMS package is concerned, customer used to activate it manually initially but now Ufone has automated the system. Thank God, one good news. Although Ufone is apparently failed to save its credibility because of its poor quality service and old equipment but they must be appreciated for the humorous Television ads. Well…More specifically their Ad Agency. Ufone now presents a new offer to its subscribers and they can now call Ufone to Ufone or any other network in Pakistan for as low as Re. 60 per 30 seconds.

Ufone launches Child Healthcare Initiative [Press Release]

Ufone Network Always Busy
At first I thought, its just me who is facing this problem or some issue with my handset but I confirmed it from my friends and they are all experiencing the difficultly in calling and even sending SMS. I am unable to call to the Customer Services to lodge my complaint.
I am having this issue from the last 36 hours. Signals are full but no connection. All I receive is the alert message “Error in Network Connection” and “Unknown Error”. Gosh!!! my call is connected (feeling lucky), let me lodge the complaint and get back to you with updates.

Ufone offers 1 Number Free package and claims that it will allow its subscribers to call on one Ufone number for FREE. Well…I don’t agree and most of you will not as well. User has to pay Rs. 19.99/- (exclusive taxes) per day to activate this package. I am not sure why they are advertising that it is free as they are charging certain amount for this package everyday.
