UN Rates Pakistan One of Fastest Growing Country in Telecom

With a user base of 91,008,042, Pakistan is rated one of fastest growing in Telecommunication Industry across the world by the United Nations. According to PTA data, the mobile density in Pakistan is 56.50 percent and around 763 million text messages during 2008/09 are generated which brings Pakistan at number 4 in Asia Pacific for SMS Traffic.
