Zong Internet Package subscribers consider it as deceiving them. Also the website of Zong shows ‘Zong Unlimited @ Rs. 400+Tax/month” and no note had been added to show any specific limit or terms or condition about fair use, which clearly is not fair.

A new package is always advertised a lot but if mobile companies take back something, customers are not informed which leads them to dissatisfaction and is unethical. Zong is relatively new in the market but their signal quality is not good enough. I think Zong should not offer a package which they can not continue. Recently, they took back the message confirmation facility like other companies.
